  I give 1 star because you apparently can't give No stars. I was at a red light and watched a car speed through the intersection as my light turned green. Across the intersection in the left turn lane was a cop. I watched the cop pull a u- turn behind me, as the car in front of me hit the gas and took off at high speed. The cop ignored both these blatant infractions and chose to pull me over and write a warning because my "tag light" was out. Good to know where the priorities are. Feel free to blow off red lights and speed limits, just be sure to check your license plate light. Well done Ocala Police Department.

  I called several times - 4 times in one day after having a theft. No one called me back. Very disappointed in the service response. Where are our tax dollars being spent?

  Recently I lost all respect for Ocala police - I am a graduate of the Massachusetts academy - during those time I gave up law enforcement as I was trying to raise a family ------ Spl. police in my day were volunteers and not allowed to issue violations you rode with a certified officer to train I tried to explain to the spl my reason and I was not the only one parked in the fire lane... The truth is I was in a hurry to get to Munroe medical center to visit my wife. I was able to get there but valuable moments were lost she passed and I hold and inconsiderate man reasonable So for the forth day I went to Walmart over $1000.00 in violations I have no respect for Ocala police Douglas Packard 3151 N.E. 56th Ave So another violation appears today the entire fire lane at Walmart is blocked today and not a cop in site -- well I may be 75 but I guarantee I am better than what you have Silver Springs Fl.
