- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆How about a phone number to the branch? Absolutely ridiculous!!! Spent over 30 minutes going through prompts and everything to try and get the phone number to the actual branch. The phone number to the branch you do business is not a national secret. Or do you not want customers actually talking and trying to establish a relationship with the bank. Just foolishness!!!! You charge me money to use the services at the bank and pay me almost nothing to hold my money, then treat us millions of automated prompts and hold music. Regions want to know why people hate Big Banks try calling yourself and see how long it take you to talk to a human.By MetroPCSAlachua, April 30, 2017
