- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆GTE Financial, or GTE Fee as we call it, due to their excessively high charges for some things, has lost its way entirely. I made a rare visit inside the cr union today, and discovered that one now has to use a bulky computer screen to sign in. It was annoying and cumbersome. Further more, when the software asked me the purpose of my visit, nothing matched, and there was no option for "None of the above." It's a sad thing when a company makes its customers jump through hoops in order to do business with them. It should be the other way around - the company should be jumping through hoops for the customers. One of many reasons why we'll be closing out accounts there in the near future.By Etienne Reynard, February 11, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They shut down the drive thru, the last 3 times I tried to deposit cash the atm was broken AND the cherry on top is when you go inside you deal with a person who is somewhere else on a computer screen.
