- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I am a long time customer of Jenkins Acura. I purchased my first Acura TL in 2005 and maintained service through Jenkins Acura service department for NO other reason than Bobby Craft. And when I needed to purchase my next vehicle, there was no doubt I was headed back to Jenkins Acura for another Acura. The sales team was great! John, Sonny, Jason, and Steven took care of everything and I didn't feel like I got raked over the coals (haha!). I have and will continue to refer friends and family to Jenkins Acura and I will continue to have my service maintained by Bobby Craft, Pete, and Jeff. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Mike our service guy is excellent. He carefully documented our issues and with the help of the technician advised us of options/cost/timeline. He provided us with a loaner and our vehicle was fixed sooner than anticipated as parts arrived quickly and also thanks to the skill of the technician. All this was performed before hurriance Irma rolled in. The service team is capable, friendly and beats expectations.
