- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The lady closing the shift on Monday, May 18th 2015 was rude! When I walk in, she was playing on her cell phone. I then ask her to mail a document to Hong Kong the fastest way possible, she quoted me something very expensive with three day shipping time. I then ask her for the next cheapest option and slightly slower method to ship the document, she quoted me a even more expensive price with a week shipping time! I ask her again, let say if I don't care how long the document takes to ship (slowest method possible), she told me to take my business to the US Post Office. Guess what, I am taking my business to the US Post Office and likely never returning to a UPS again!By Tony Chau, March 01, 2017
