  Got horrible service cause i went to deposit change (that was neatly rolled) i understand its probably not your fav to deposit change (76$) between quaters and dimes but thats why i got an account so i can deposit my money and last i check change is money. Got to the FCU in the shores better service or the one by merion oaks

  I applied for an Auto Loan with a not so impressive credit score and they gave me a chance anyway! My payments are low and affordable and I got the approval the same day I applied. They had a check for me the following day and offered to set up my payments at whatever time of the month was most convenient for me. Definitely worth a five star review! Thank you FCU. You saved me!

  My husband and I opened two accounts without any problems. The women that handled our needs was professional and very polite. It was a welcome change from the regular banking experiences we have encountered previously. Thank you so much! We would highly recommend the Florida Credit Union to anyone seeking a professional, warm business relationship with people who appreciate their business.

  This was my first experience having accounts in a credit union. It was great for a while, until I needed customer service. Never again! I have been nickel and dimed excessively with fees that were greater than the previous large institution I banked with in the past. Between the excessive wait times at branch locations, and excessive hold times with customer service, this has to be the most inconvenient bank service experience I've ever had. I would not recommend Florida credit union.
