- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My husband and I went in to renew passport. The lady on the left as you walk in informed read the board. Every question I asked read the board. Did not realize you have to mail in renewing passport. She was very rude. Almost wanted to tell her go to the bathroom and take a deep breath. The room was full of people.
