- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service through the drive thru!!! Pulled in at 449 to try and get a check put into my account before holiday weekend and the lady was very rude!!! - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Avg wait for business is not bad, however once you are dealing with one of their "professionals" you realize quickly the bad press WF has gotten is well deserved. They are inept and deceitful, incapable of telling the truth or fulfilling any promises made. Once caught they turn on each other and create excuses for poor performance. All the while you as the customer sit and have to deal with your requests going unanswered. They confuse activity with results and are proud of the wrong thing.By Bob Andrews, July 08, 2017
